Q: What are your shipping times?
A: We do what it takes to get your items to you as fast as possible while keeping prices low. We use numerous manufacturers who we have negotiated great pricing with.  Because of this, shipping may take up to 4 weeks in some cases. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks after you have placed your order. 

Q: What if I provided a wrong Address?
A: Please contact us immediately after the order is made to let us know about it. We will update your address for you. Email us at support@thessential.com or use the contact form on ‘About Us’ page ASAP.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: No, at the moment we only ship to US and Canada.

Q: What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will vary depending on where the certain items ship from. You will be able to see your exact shipping cost just before confirming the payment.

Q: I ordered multiple items but only received some of them, where's my order?
A: To provide our customers with great deals we use numerous manufacturers, therefore, your items sometimes might be shipped separately from different locations. If one item comes first, don't panic, everything will arrive.  If you have ordered a few different products from our store, the chances are you will receive separate orders.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: We send all our orders with tracking information. Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. You can use our ‘Track Order’ page to check the tracking by simply filling your order number and e-mail information.

Q: I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?
A: We have a refund policy on damaged/missing goods only. We can't provide cancellations if your order has already been shipped.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or if it is damaged, contact us immediately using our contact form or email us at support@thessential.com. We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience.

Q: How secure is my information?
A: We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your information using McAfee Security. Thessential.com is certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your personal details and credit card information are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the transaction and is not subsequently stored.
